AEMT
I'm done!!! I did it!! It was a hard 10 weeks but I made it. I'm now, officially, and Advanced EMT. The class was a joke--the "teachers" didn't know how to teach, the practical time was laughable, and we never knew what exactly we were going to be tested on (until we were handed the test). That said, I feel like I accomplished a lot in those 10 weeks. I learned soooo much from reading that HUGE text book (I can now have actual conversations with Trent about medical stuff), I made new friends, I was able to balance my time between being a mommy and being a student (some times better than others), and I was able to face some fears and overcome them. While this certification isn't that big of a deal to most, it's a huge deal to me. It represents a new, braver me. It showed me that I can do hard things. And the patch is pretty freakin' sweet, too! Yay!

You are so awesome! I don't know how you did that. And I really envy your ability to converse with your husband about all things medical. What a duo you make!
I LOVE the quilt and the magical jelly beans. You are the most creative mom!
You definitely can do hard things! Congratulations on the certification and patch. You earned them!
