Change of Plans

Last week we got a little surprise: Trent was accepted into the graduate program at Westminster here in Utah. We had our hearts set on Arizona but, after much thought and consideration, we have decided to go to school here. It will be better for our pocketbooks and nice to still be close to family. Plus, we won't have to worry about selling the house until next summer :) We are both sad to see our dreams of warmer weather and out-of-state living be put on hold, but we hope this will be better for our family in the long run.

I'm sorry that you are disappointed, but I am so happy you are staying and that he got into Westminster.

We really should plan a time to get together?

SHUT. UP. I know you were excited to move to AZ, but I'm so excited for you to stay by me!!!! Selfish, aren't I? Now we can still have a scary movie day in October. And Finer Things. And we still need to go camping. What a relief as far as the house goes, too. Love you!

I think you need to go on a long vacay to AZ instead.

I know it's a change for your dreams, but I'm so happy that you're staying.
Would you guys like to do a double date sometime? with or without kids. at either that pizza place you guys told us about or the thai place that you said was like tepanyaki? (I know that's spelled wrong!)
somehow I missed your other postings, I LOVE THEM! especially the things motherhood has taught you! ha ha. I laughed so hard at some of them! SO TRUE.
You're great!

While the winter here sucks, it makes it better knowing we can continue to play each month! Congratulations to Trent! Hopefully the housing market will be a little better next year!
