This year we grew our own pumpkins. We thought they would be a nice little addition to our vegetable garden. Instead, they took over the garden
and the flower beds. But this is what we have to show for all that:

11 bright and happy orange pumpkins!
(and a family who can't wait to carve them!)

That's a whole lot of pumpkins! Look at you being all domestic: sewing costumes and gardening. I'm sure it will be a lot of fun coming up with 11 different pumpkin faces to carve!
That is so cool!! Good idea. Oh, I can't wait to live somewhere I can have a garden and a normal growing season. :) I totally want to grow my own pumpkins.
nice! i know, they totally take over everywhere! we only got 2 orange, but a bunch of little white ones. i think tomorrow's carving night!
Whit,
that is exactly what happened to our garden, we only got 3 pumpkins out of it though! haha. we had a wonderful time carving and painting ours!

woah!! Good job guys!
I think your soil knows how much you love Halloween... and pumpkin seeds.
That's awesome and inspiring! I'm gonna have to first learn to keep my potted plants alive before trying a garden.
